Listening to the community.

We are conducting a social survey with the local population to help shape the future Zanzibar Vibrations Creative Hub.

A test interview as we prepare the community survey.

The conversations focus on people’s interests, creative skills and the challenges they face in developing their talents. We are asking what a shared space for learning, creativity and practical work could offer, and what would make it useful for the community.

Topics include digital access, music, design, photography, video, marketing and business skills. We also want to understand how creativity could support income opportunities and how local people would like to contribute to the Hub.

These conversations will help guide the next steps. We are listening first, so the project can grow around local needs and ideas.
